Credits keep pricing simple for people who only need document tools occasionally. There is no monthly subscription: use the free allowance first, then buy a small credit pack only when you need more conversions.
One processed job
A credit is counted when a tool successfully processes a file or batch and returns a downloadable result.
Batch outputs
For tools that accept batches, such as image compression or merging PDFs, one submitted batch is handled as one processing job.

What happens if a payment succeeds but credits do not appear?
Contact support@mahanx.in with your account email and Razorpay order or payment ID. We can check the payment status and credit the account if needed.
Do unused Pro credits expire?
Credits are intended to remain available on your account unless a policy change is announced. Keep the same login email so support can verify your account if there is ever a credit issue.
Do paid users get different output quality?
No. Output quality is not reduced for free users. Pro adds 300 conversions for heavier workflows; file size limits and output quality are the same on every plan.
