1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JustConvert ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

JustConvert provides online document and image processing tools, including but not limited to: PDF merging, splitting, compression, conversion, image editing, and QR code generation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. File Processing & Data Handling

We do not store your files. All uploaded documents and images are processed in real-time and automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete. Output files are temporarily stored for download and automatically purged within 60 minutes. We never access, read, sell, or share the content of your files.

4. User Accounts

You may use up to 10 free conversions without an account. To continue using the Service beyond the free limit, you must create an account via Google OAuth or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service

6. Pricing & Payments

Free accounts have access to all tools with a daily usage limit. Paid plans provide additional document allocations. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. File Size Limits

The maximum file size per upload is 50MB. Files exceeding this limit will be rejected. We reserve the right to modify size limits at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded content. JustConvert does not claim ownership of any files you process. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of JustConvert.

9. Limitation of Liability

JustConvert is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our Service, including but not limited to data loss, corruption of files, or service interruptions. We recommend keeping backups of your original files.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
